Internationale Konferenz: The Library of the Future 16.2. - 19.2.1998

Anliegen der Konferenz, zu der 52 Teilnehmer aus 11 europäischen Ländern und aus den USA anreisten, war es, sowohl Konzepte, Praktiken und Erfahrungen bibliothekarischer Ausbildungseinrichtungen vorzustellen und zu diskutieren als auch Qualifikationsdefizite in Bibliotheken und Möglichkeiten der Fortbildung zu benennen.

Die Publikation zur Veranstaltung kann im Ehemaligen Deutschen Bibliotheksinstitut bezogen werden.
